Starting on Friday, 19th September, Zuma Doha at Al Maha Island is delighted to reintroduce its celebrated Baikingu Brunch. This relaunch invites guests to once again experience the vibrant, celebratory spirit of Zuma through its signature contemporary Japanese cuisine.

The Baikingu Brunch features classic dishes and live stations specialising in fresh sushi and robata. Guests can enjoy favourites like the renowned black cod and spicy beef tenderloin, along with a selection of fresh nigiri and sashimi. A variety of hot and cold options are available, and the menu is inclusive with vegetarian choices.

A vibrant and high-energy atmosphere, complete with a live DJ, makes this the perfect Friday afternoon escape for friends, couples, and families. The brunch is served from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and guests can choose to dine in the main restaurant or on the outdoor terrace with its stunning views.

Three thoughtfully curated packages are available:

• Kitsu (QAR 425): Includes soft drinks and signature mocktails.
• Kowaku (QAR 550): Includes the sommelier's selection of premium sips and signature creations.
