is excited to announce the launch of its newly revamped menu, offering a wide array of innovative
classics.
Established on 06 June 2007, Ruby Wu’s has been unparalleled with its authentic offerings led by
Chef Austin Yang, a culinary expert from Dalian city in China. Affirming its exceptional hospitality in
the food culture, Ruby Wu’s is recognized multiple times for its dedication to excellence – winner of
the 2012 Time Out Doha Awards for Best Chinese Restaurant, and consistently awarded in
subsequent years including the 2016 Time Out Doha Awards for Highly Commended Best Chinese,
2016 and 2018 FACT Dining Awards for Favorite Chinese Restaurant in Doha, and 2018-2019 Time
Out Doha Awards for Highly Commended Best Chinese.
Guests can now enjoy an expanded selection of dishes featuring a range of options, beginning from
the vibrant appetizers like the Chilled Sea Scallop with Spinach Salad in Mustard Sauce, the
upgraded Deep-Fried Prawn with Wasabi Mayonnaise, Marinated Beef and Spicy Cabbage in
Szechuan Sauce, and the ever-popular Roasted Peking Duck (served in two distinct ways).
New additions to the dim sum selection includes Lamb Dumpling, while the soup menu has additional
variations like the Hot and Sour Shrimp Wonton and Clear Soup with Scallop, Prawn, Mussels, Bean
Curd, and Seaweed. There is also a room for vegetarian as we expand our vegetarian options to
include dishes such as Sauteed Baby Pak Choi with Garlic Sauce and Baked Broccoli with Taro
Sauce.
Also, the new menu features everyone’s favorite, Yang Zhou Fried Rice, along with other noodle and
rice selections like Crispy Egg Noodles with Prawn, Scallop, Squid and Vegetables, Fried Egg
Noodles with Shrimp and Squid with Bean Sprouts, and Fried Rice with Egg, Assorted Vegetables
and Porcini Mushroom topped with Spring Onions. Of course, the desserts! Exciting options like

Mango Pomelo Sago, Pandan Pancake with Palm Sugar and Coconut Stuffing, and Pineapple Tart
